Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product's value.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return label, unless the return is due to an error or manufacturing defect on our part.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Trompenburgstraat 5, 6412 ZH, Heerlen, The Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Products from the second-chance corner cannot be returned.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

60-Day Trial Period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 60 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 60 days to send your product back to us. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to our webshop is at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

Refunds

We will let you know as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
